Promotion period

The KICKD Energy Truck Drop (the “Sweepstakes”) begins September 12, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time and ends March 1, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 47 eligible United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state of residence when they enter. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate-family or household members of KICKD Energy LLC, its affiliates, promotion partners, prize suppliers, and administrator are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

How to enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may use one of the following methods. There is a maximum of 5,000 total entries per person, regardless of method or number of orders.

• Free signup: Submit the Truck Drop entry form with your name and valid email address to receive 250 entries.
• Free maximum-entry method: Select the “5,000 entries — Free maximum-entry method” option on the same form to receive 5,000 total entries without a purchase.
• Qualifying merchandise order: A completed eligible KICKD merchandise order under $100 receives 500 entries; an order from $100 through $199.99 receives 2,500 entries; and an order of $200 or more receives 5,000 entries. Taxes, shipping, discounts, canceled orders, chargebacks, and returned merchandise do not count toward the qualifying order value.

The free maximum-entry method provides the same maximum number of entries available through merchandise. Purchasing does not provide an advantage over that free method. Entries generated by script, bot, macro, or other automated means are void.

Prize

One Grand Prize is available: one pre-owned 2021 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew Sport with the custom KICKD wrap, awarded as-is, plus $50,000 USD cash. Estimated vehicle approximate retail value is $30,000; estimated total Grand Prize ARV is $80,000. Actual vehicle value may vary based on condition, mileage, and market value when awarded. No difference between estimated and actual value will be paid. Vehicle color, wrap, mileage, equipment, and condition are as shown and available at delivery. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, registration, title, licensing, insurance, travel, delivery, and other costs not expressly stated. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prize is non-transferable before award.

Drawing, odds and verification

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, expected on or about March 8, 2027. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted using the information submitted and may be required to respond within 72 hours, provide proof of eligibility, and complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax forms, and vehicle-transfer documents. Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Winner responsibilities

The winner must have a valid driver license and provide proof of legally required vehicle insurance before taking possession. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize as required by law and is solely responsible for taxes. Winner must take delivery at a mutually agreed location in Utah unless Sponsor elects another delivery method.

Publicity and information

Except where prohibited, accepting the prize permits Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, voice, photograph, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Entry information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and, when the entrant separately consents, to send KICKD marketing communications. Text-message consent is optional and is not required to enter.

General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, acts disruptively, or attempts to obtain entries through fraud or automation. If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another cause compromises the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and, if feasible, award the prize from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor’s decisions are final, subject to applicable law.

Limitations and disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, promotion partners, and prize suppliers from claims arising from participation or acceptance or use of the prize, except claims that cannot lawfully be waived. Disputes will be governed by Utah law and resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, without resort to class action, subject to any non-waivable rights.

Sponsor: KICKD Energy LLC, Lindon, Utah 84042. Questions or requests for the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state after verification may be sent to hello@kickdenergy.com with the subject “Truck Drop 001.” Requests must be received by May 1, 2027.
